What will you do with your talent?
“A man who was going on a journey called his servants and entrusted his property to them. To one he gave five talents…, to another two talents, and to another one talent, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. The man who had received the five talents went at once and put (them) to work and gained five more. So also the one with the two talents gained two more. But the man who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his talent.”

Your calling...your career...your organization...
The use of the word 'talent' comes from this parable in the New Testament, where one talent represented 2-3 years worth of wages, a very valuable asset.
The story illustrates a universal principle: invest your talents wisely and they will grow; bury or neglect them, out of an excess of caution, confusion, or lack of vision, and they're stunted. Your talents are a gift, but the decision about how and where to use them is up to you.
There comes a time when an experienced thought partner can make all the difference.
